There are multiple options for getting from the airport to the hotel, but we have personally used Kalido Travel and we highly recommend them.  You can find them online at www.kalidotravel.com.  Making your roundtrip transfer reservation couldn't be easier.  Simply input your arrival and departure dates, times, flight info and number of travelers you need transportation for.  You can choose to pay ahead or pay in cash at time of pick-up.  Their vehicles are nice, clean, safe and reliable and the service is great!  They have vehicles that can accomodate small to large groups. The price is about $30 per person, round trip, or if you have a larger group, it's as reasonable as about $15 per person round trip.

When you arrive at the airport and collect your luggage, just proceed to the doors outside and look for the representative holding the "Kalido Cancun" sign.

The ride from the airport is about 30 minutes.
