We met in February 2014, at NLS. She was the Team Lead and I was reporting to her as the Operations Support. Over the course of several months, we got know each other. We noticed that we had a lot in common and we got along really well. We began to realize that our connection was growing on a more personal level. The timing couldn't have been more perfect because I was given the opportunity to join the I.T. Department. We were both ecstatic about my promotion because it allowed us to pursue our inevitable relationship as she would no longer be my boss. We have continued on to have the most remarkable time of our lives. We have gotten great support from our co-workers, friends and family through our journey. We truly love each other and are happy to take the next step in our lives.
