When can I use the wedding promo code?
The booking window is September 8, 2022 - November 9, 2022
Any reservation booked or modification made (name, occupancy, travel dates, room type, etc.) after November 9th would only be confirmed without the promotional rate and the Promo code.
All rooms must be booked directly with the hotel and utilize the assigned Promo-Code to qualify for the concessions. Reservations made through different sources will not be considered as part of the group, therefore not obtaining any of the benefits.
How to book a room?
Go to https://www.excellenceresorts.com/
1. Find the booking engine.
2. Select your Destination, Check-in and Check-out dates, and Number of guests, and add the Promo Code.
3. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY”
4. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied”
5. In the comments box, please add the promo code.
6. Complete your booking, and that is all.

Suite + Flight
• Promo code rate is exclusive for “Suite Only” bookings. The promo code does not apply to the “Suite + Flight” option.
• Suite + Flight reservations booked directly through the hotel website will count as part of the Promo-Code group and concessions. To add these reservations, the final rooming list should be provided by the client to the wedding coordinator 60 days before the group arrival date.
Non Refundable Rate
• Promo code rate is exclusive for “Suite Only” bookings. The promo code does not apply to the “Non Refundable Rate” option.
• Non-Refundable Rate reservations booked directly through the hotel website will count as part of the Promo-Code group and concessions. To add these reservations, the final rooming list should be provided by the client to the wedding coordinator 60 days before the group arrival date.
The Promo-Code rates are based on the country the guest comes from; therefore, it is required that information such as the ID and credit card match the guest's country of origin. Otherwise, the charged rate will be modified according to the country of origin and its corresponding applicable rate.
When will my credit card get charged?
30 days before arrival: All the reservations will be charged in full thirty (30) days before your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.
When can I cancel my reservation without any penalty?
For cancellations of direct bookings (Promo-code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due.
Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay.
No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure.
The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates.
When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
What about the shuttle from and to the airport?
Our wedding guests will get a free private airport round-trip per room reservation. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport to the Excellence Cancun resort. This free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option).
When you get your flight information (flight number and time of arrival to Cancun) send me an email with this detail to bvperez@gmail. I'll coordinate with the shuttle company for your round-trip free airport transfer.
Is there a dress code?
For the Ceremony:
Formal or semi-formal. Casual khaki shorts and no bathing suits are allowed during the Ceremony Performance.
For the Reception:
For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, and blouse.
For Gentlemen: Long pants, dress shorts, and a dress shirt or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and beach sandals or flip-flops are not allowed.
In Restaurants:
Dinner dress code: Casual Elegance
Gentlemen: Long pants, collar shirt.
Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn.
T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, or beach sandals are not allowed.
How can I communicate with the rest of the party?
In the resort, we are going to use the free app Whatsapp to communicate and coordinate events. We are going to create a group chat where we will make announcements and you can comment, ask questions, or do anything. You can download the app here:

Can Children attend the wedding?
Excellence Resorts are for adults only, out of respect for our guests, our policies establish that minors under 18 years old are not allowed at the property even for private events.

If I want to buy something, how can I pay?
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card & American Express. The maximum amount permitted by Mexican law per person per stay is $1,500.00 USD
Can I bring more people to my room?
When meeting people in the room, a maximum of 4 people will be allowed. Relaxation is one of the resort premises, in order to maintain tranquility and exclusivity, private parties are not allowed in the rooms.
