For those of you who don't know the details,  we were engaged while on a cruise on the beautiful Carnival Sunshine. We had dressed for dinner and were going to have pictures done as we always do (if you have been on a cruise, you know the oppurtunity for portraits and pictures is abundent). One of the first back drops that we had not seen before was set up in the main atrium and we got in line at my insistance. After waiting a few moments we stepped up to have our photograph taken. I was directed to sit on a bench. The photographer then allowed Chuck to perfectly position himself down on one knee, where he asked me to marry him. I was clueless and a little confused as to what was going on. The photogrpaher caught the moment on camera which has provided us with great tangible memories of the moment. I was shocked and surprised!  As a matter of fact I believe the first thing I said in response was, "Are you kidding me?". Of course, I said, "YES!".  Chuck later told me that he showed the photographer the ring behind my back while we were standing in line so he would understand what was to occur.  Later her told me he was trying to find a back drop that we both liked that was in a more private, quiet location on the ship. There were a lot of areas set up around the ship that would have provided that oppurtunity but I wouldn't change anything about the moment. It was perfect to me!!
